About me and this page
My name is Trine and my passion is to travel. The past ten years I’ve been travelling to more than 30 countries around the world. In the beginning I travelled with family and friends, but for the past five years I’ve mostly been travelling solo. I love this so much that I now want to encourage other women to do the same.
Too many women are afraid to take the first step as a solo traveller, while the world is waiting at their feet. I find this sad since I don’t see men struggling with the same fear.
To motivate other women to start their solo travel adventure I have created this travel blog. Here you’ll find all you need to know, if you’re starting your adventure from scratch, if you just need some tips or ideas about where to go, or where to stay and feel safe, when you travel alone.
